Why is car maintenance is so important?

First of all

We should discuss oil change and why it is important to change the oil on time and use the right oil weight and grade of oil the vehicle requires. all the moving parts, pistons, valves, and other engine parts moving at high rates of speed under the hood of a car. These components create heat and will wear down the engine dramatically without proper oil lubrication. Moving parts that lack proper lubrication create friction, which in turn creates heat. Maintaining clean and enough amounts of oil is the perfect solution to prevent too much friction and over-heating of the engine.

Second Engine Cooling System

Second is the engine cooling system. One of the main reason of coolant system failure is the lack of maintenance, not flushing your the coolant system on time can lead to rusted radiator and a sticky thermostat and other cooling system failures. Draining the radiator once every 30,000 miles and adding new coolant can leave your coolant system in good shape and prevents rusting and unnecessary auto repair expense. The only thing to remember in doing a radiator drain and fill is to add the proper kind of coolant for the car according to the manufacturing recommendations.

Transmission Service

Transmission service is one of the most forgotten service a car should receive as we talked earlier about engine oil change the same reason transmission failures happen. Most transmissions these days have a drain plug which easily can be removed and the transmission fluid is then drained and a few quarts of transmission fluid usually about 3-4 quarts can be added, doing that every 30,000 mile can prolong transmission life and recommended by many car manufacturers.
